The Nike Joyride Dual run easily makes its way into our roster of daily running shoes. It's breathable, has good energy return, grippy, and it runs smooth! For high-mileage, recovery efforts, it's a no-go for us - it just lacks plushness. And it doesn't make the cut to be a dedicated tempo trainer. It's just not on top of its league in responsiveness.
